What: Good manners never go out of style! At The Royal Tea Room, our Young Learners Etiquette Class offers a fun and engaging way for young learners to develop confidence, kindness, and poise. Through interactive lessons and hands-on practice, children will learn essential social skills, proper table manners, and the art of polite conversation—all in a charming and welcoming setting.

Designed to be both educational and enjoyable, this class teaches the foundations of etiquette in a way that children can easily understand and apply in their everyday lives. From learning how to properly set a table to the graceful way to enjoy afternoon tea, we make etiquette feel like an exciting adventure!

Join us for a delightful experience where young learners can sip, snack, and learn the timeless art of manners!

Ages: 10-16

Included: 

• 1 scone for learning and 1 for home to enjoy at a later time

Cost: $37 per child. A $37 non-refundable deposit required per reservation. The remaining per-person balance, including applicable taxes, will be charged at the time of the event. Gratuity is not included in the cost of your ticket. 

Adults: A table will be dedicated for adults who choose to stay throughout the event. Adults may order tea, though food will not be available for purchase during class. All guests may order from our full menu once class completes.

What: Join us for a beary delightful afternoon at The Royal Tea Room! Bring your favorite teddy bear and enjoy a whimsical tea party filled with sweet treats, dainty sandwiches, and magical moments. Don’t miss this charming, fun-filled event—perfect for families, friends, and of course, teddy bears! 

Ages: This event is ideal for children ages 1 - 6

• child-friendly grazing board (for the whole table to enjoy): includes a variety of kid-friendly finger sandwiches, scones & snacks.
• hot chocolate station: includes fun toppings, such a magical glitter for a special touch!
• s’mores station: with real toasted marshmallows!

Cost: $32 per child - $20 per adult. Includes menu items listed above, a keepsake teddy bear to take home (for each child in attendance), and coupons for We Rock the Spectrum Gym, located at 343 Vertin Blvd., Shorewood. A $52 non-refundable deposit is required per reservation. The remaining per-person balance, including applicable taxes, will be charged at the time of the event. Gratuity is not included in the cost of your ticket. 

Adults: Adults may order an additional adult-friendly grazing board for $35 which contains assorted meats, cheeses, crackers, olives, pickles and nuts. Our full beverage and tea menu will be available for all guests during this event. Full afternoon tea service will not be available during this event. 

Please Note: Plates and cups/teacups will be disposable in nature for this event to assist in ease of use for each child.
